Fan Flowers
There should be flowers that grow from AC units. What I imagine is that somehow the airflow of the AC units, the heat and humidity of Taipei conspire to create the perfect conditions for this giddy life form. They should look like crazy hyperactive flowers floating horizontally, propelled and supported by the air coming from the fan of the AC unit.
These flowers should evolve, I guess they should look pretty so humans wont try to get rid of them. Also they should spin in interesting ways, And they should have bright colors or something. Maybe they could lure dragonflies, although I don’t know what dragonflies are into, or how to attract them.

I like that! We really should look at all those additional urban elements and see how we can develop them into new kind of gardens. Everybody like to hate those AC units on their facades - we can show the world how pretty they can be.
Next in garden development should be based on satellite dishes! they already have the morphology of flowers popping out of every balcony.
